IPM-721S bricked?

IPM-721S bricked?

Since attempting to install V2.420.AC00.18.R, Build Date: 2020-10-30, the indicator light on my IPM-721S remains red when I long press it, and remains red when I plug the unit into the router. IP Config is blind to it. Is there any way to resurrect it?
