IP8M-T2499EW Drops Connection around same time each night
I have an outdoor IP8M-T2499EW that, for some unknown reason, becomes unavailable around the same time each evening. The time is always around 6 PM EST/EDT and the connection returns around 8 AM EST/EDT. Today it dropped at 18:14:53. It's powered by a 4 Port TP-Link PoE switch that does not indicate any sort of power issue. I do not believe this is related to power since the IR LEDs are not visible around the time of disconnect and nothing else changes around that time. The camera is on a separate LAN from other devices with firewall rules preventing internet access. The disconnect *always* corresponds to an attempt to connect to AWS (logged via firewall drop rules) although P2P is disabled. I would really appreciate some help debugging this issue. The only thing I have not tried at this point is a full factory reset, but am hoping there's an obvious reason I'm missing.

Hello and Welcome to the Forum
Sadly I am not sure I understand.. Talking about not related to Power? No IR led?
So I know that if my Doorbell is turned off from having access to my Internet the system will show offline to my Smart Home app.. However it will still show online in my NVR? SO I am not sure why a non smart home camera is going offline at 6:XX at night and returning at 8am
SO what I do know is that I found out when one of my 841 went off line at my Cabin and talking to Amcrest about why I wasn't able to access my camera over my Local Area Network when my Internet was down caused by bad Cable from the Pole at the street Support Told me that the Camera was a IP camera and Needed Internet.. Sadly that isn't the case for older FW before 2019 and 2020.. IT seems that since JS FW update a connection to outside INternet is expected and in my mind that is JUST BS...
So then it comes down to something seeing I am not there and have no clue on what is happening there... I am going to guess that Network power goes offline at 6 something and such your POE device is turned off it then is Restored at 8am is like the Business is turning back on and power is REstored to the POR switch...
SO your camera has a 12v and as a way to test this theory I would find a Plug that isn't Orange and known to be on all night and plug your camera into a 12v 2amp power supply and test to see if that camera stays connected after that... IR not being on at night kind of sounds like there is no power on the Switch at night..

Thanks!
By the IR comment I meant that the additional power draw from nighttime LEDs was not a concern since they had not yet kicked in. The switch also indicates it's below the maximum 15.4 W per port.
Turns out I was able to get the camera to stay functional today by changing some firewall rules. I made two changes so I'm not sure which was responsible (both?) but they were to REJECT instead of DROP attempts to connect out to AWS and block DNS resolution for the camera's subnet. My hunch is that the previous attempts to connect out to AWS were dropped without making the camera aware, so it patiently sat in a blocking manner until a LONG timeout was reached.
