IP8M-DLB2998EW-Al snapshot issue

Today, after 9am, my IP8M-DLB2998EW-Al stopped sending jpg snapshots to my email and via FTP to my website. No settings were changed. Videos are still being sent via FTP to my website. I’m baffled.

Double check your Schedule snapshot info, double check your events still setup for snapshots at the camera level and that you still have your event setup to send images.. I don't have that camera but I am still getting images sent to email as of the last one about an hour ago..

Edit: just looked and sorry last email was at 10:31..

Might need to reset the camera and setup again.. can you look in your logs and see if there is anything in there on the events?

Thank you. The emails are arriving and saying vehicle or human, but no jpg included. No jpg via FTP to my website, but videos are arriving. I’ll try resetting and importing config file from a few days ago.
