Love this camera, everything works except for the life of me I cannot get ANY push notifications to work when its nighttime.
I had switched to the AmcrestView Pro 2 app recently when PUSH stopped working on all my other cameras. Still won't work. As soon as disable night mode in the app, push works fine.
I was wanting to update firmware first thing on this but this seems to be lastest firmware? System Version:3.120.00AC001.0.RBuild Date:2024-01-25
Not sure what to do next, hate to hard reset I just set the dang thing up. Anyone else having this issue?
Loving the new web UI as well, finally some modern interfaces coming out of these guys.

Re: IP8M-DLB2998EW-AI - Push Notifs Not Workin only Night Mode
So with 8 cameras sounds like you need a NVR lol. Just playing.. Anyway I remember some time ago there was an issue with your older cameras and working AI cameras with motion only I think.. So normally I don't setup push on Motion because I get so many false alerts if I did this. So for me I use my AI cameras with Ai events and push has been working great..
Now I see you say that if you disable Night mode? Is this something in the App like the Picture below?
While I don't have your 2lens Camera and my Amcrest 4lens camera is IR so maybe something different.. The reason for the picture below is that is only camera that I have local right now with White LEDS from Dahua or Amcrest. I do have a couple 1046EW-AI but at this time not installed and I am sure the camera tech is to old for the issue but tomorrow I will install 1 or both again to see if I could get it to act something like your talking about..
I wonder if maybe the app seeing the camera is so new and the app kind of new, if maybe your light area also double in code as a enable and disable for the Push?
Camera in an area that you could make a Video of what is going on? One it might help Amcrest Support better help *I personally would make a Ticket with Amcrest Support* and see if maybe there is an update needed to fix this.
When I tested on my camera, While it is a Dahua camera and older Tech in the same type as my 1046 Amcrest camera When I turn off and left on both modes I was able to get push so again might be something in your camera/app for the new camera that doubles as on or off for your push. Would be odd that something as such would get over looked from R&D dept..
