I have seen several references to this issue, but nothing recent and nothing that works for me yet. I was hoping that there might be some more recent information available. The unit will not allow any changes to the video configuration. In fact, it will not re-save the default configuration. All other sections of the configuration will save just fine. I have two of these cameras and both behave the same. Based on the feedback I have:
Rebooted several times.
Hard factory reset.
Powered off/on.
Reloaded the FW. Some suggested corrupt FW in the camera.
Even used different web browsers, somebody said MS Edge fixed his problem.
Nothing so far has worked.
