IP8M-2693-AI outdoor POE cameras

Since Amcrest View Pro will no longer post any motion events, I downloaded View Pro 2. I loaded 5 IP8M-2693-AI outdoor POE cameras. 3 work just fine. The other 2 will not record motion events. All 5 will show live coverage. I have checked that all 5 have the exact same settings and were all loaded by P2P. I have tried deleting the ones that don't record and reloading them. Still nothing. Can anyone help
