IP4M-1051W - 2-Way Audio Issue w/ Milestone XProtect

I understand Amcrest likely does not provide support for 3rd party VMS, however, Im curious if anyone else has an Amcrest camera with PTT audio working with XProtect? I had no problem getting the mic functionality working, but no matter what settings Ive tried for the speaker, there is no audio output. Im not getting anything in the Milestone logs either, so not much to go on. Heres a screenshot of the current stream settings for the speaker object in Milestone -



If anyone has gotten this to work, Id love to hear what the solution is.
