Has this item been addressed, I just ordered this camera and want to use the main stream and sub stream in BlueIris. If this is not fixed I'm returning this camera. Amcrest is this fixed or not?

Sadly I can't say about everyone else and the 1051.. However looking at my 1051 in side of ASP and going to Encoding my 1051 has different info for Main and Sub and sadly the only Option in H265, H.264h and MJPEG is VGA and that is 640x480 where the other for main I have 6 different things I could put in there and the 1051 works from so my camera is using the 2019 Firmware and again I can't speak for others...

That is exactly how the sub stream should work. Sub streams are used by Blue IRis and other NRV's to drastically reduce CPU load as the motion detection and live views would use the substream at very low resolution and recording would use the high resolution main stream.

I got my IP4M=1051 today and its works perfectly with Blue Iris. Even the audio coming from the camera into blue iris works, PTZ controls work, IP led control works. Its using both the mainstream and sub substreams. Image is really crisp. So far I'm impressed.

Awesome Thank you for the Update and glad to hear things are working.. I would maybe post what FW your working with as it might have something to do with others that are having an issue.. Maybe the FW they have has some type of bug and the FW your using is working as Expected... With that said.. If your not on the current FW personally things are working as expected I would maybe leave that FW until you feel you need to change it out.. Saying this because as of NOW once you go to 2019 or 2020 or even 2021 FW when they are out you can't go back to anything early 2019 like anytime before Sept 2019 that was when the new JS fw came out and so far from what I know once you change to newer FW there is no going back without Risk of Harm to your camera...
