IP3M-956B - Video quality pixelated 1080p or2304

Hello
Just purchased 1 camera for testing(Thankfully). I have gotten everything to work software wise but the video quality seem very hazy(BAD).

No matter what resolution i select the video play back looks the same. Even the live view seem very pixelated.

I have a chip in the camera so i have downloaded and viewed with the same results. I think i have hard reset the camera a few times by pressing the button under the dome.

It i cannot fix this issue I will be returning the and purchasing something else. I have seen 720P look much better than this. The camera is supposed to be good right? 3MP 1080p or better-just not seeing it.

Hello bhatho,

Please login to the camera web interface and from there go to set up > Camera > Video and change the resolution to 1080P and 720P to see if it works better. If it does it might be because of low WiFi signal at camera location due to which the 3mp stream which carries a very high amount of data is not loading properly.

Thanks for your response.
I have downloaded captured filer directly from the cameras memory micro sd card and it is still not as clear as expected.

FYI I did try to lower the camera resolution to 720p and it looks exactly the same either live or recorded as any of the other resolutions. That's my issue. It seem no matter what resolution I set it does not seem to change camera or recording quality.
