IP3M-943W keep switching 1frame per secong on amcrest app

Any one have a problem with IP3M-943W I set 5 fps on my 2 cameras Sometime in a day or couple days it switch back to 1 fps I try to changed it from Amcrest app on Iphone or from web browser . it continue switch to 1 FPS
I called in tech support no help so far.
I have several model only happened on outdoor 3MPixel camera
If anyone have a solution I would appreciate for your help

When set to 5 fps using the web interface, be sure to press the "Save" button or your changes will soon be lost.
