IP3M-943 Hard Reset, How to do it

I have 2 of their cameras, one no problem. This one before live view I get that the username or password is not correct.
Customer support is hard to understand.

Could someone post how to do a hard reset?

I plug in the camera, red solid light next to SD slot.

Hold down button.

I now have a red and green blinking light.

Plug in Ethernet.

Solid red light, I'm I good to go. Use the app?

Everything about this company is hard to understand.

Hello stoneystevenson ,

To hard reset the camera, you need to press and hold the reset button on the bottom of the camera near the Sd card slot. The bottom panel needs to be removed to access the reset button. Hold it down for 30 seconds.

After this once the camera is connected to a router, it should show a green steady light.

I have same issue get the msg username or password is not correct. I am connected to wifi but get this message and cannot view anything
