Installed my new 941 yesterday. This is replacing a Foscam FI9831. Comparing the two cameras, the 941 has a more blurry night vision than the Foscam did. The lens is clean.
Is there anything I can do to improve the focus?
I use this camera to watch wild animals. It's mounted approx 15' up on a cross beam, facing down, in a mostly enclosed RV garage. Same location as the FI9831.

Re: IP3M-941B Blurry Night Vision
Although my camera has a security dome lens on it, model IP3M-956B, I can confirm it's night vision is poor as well. My IP2M cameras are better.
Re: IP3M-941B Blurry Night Vision
My IP3M dome camera is also MUCH worse than my Amcrest IP2M Pan/Tilt cameras.
Re: IP3M-941B Blurry Night Vision
There must be a firmware issue - my IP3M-941 picture sucks compared to the IP2M-841. The only good thing about the 941 is that it connects to my 5g network and is much faster than the 841.
Also, the PTZ does not go as far down to look towards ground as does the 841.
All in all I'm pretty disappointed with the whole setup and am thinking to return everything to amazon. I called support and the answer was "all your settings should be at default. I agree your picture is bad. There is nothing we can do to make it better." GREAT TECH SUPPORT (not).
