I just had a nightmare of a time with a firmware upgrade. I finally have all my cameras working again after 5 hours.
I have an NVR and 2 PoE camera. One of the camera had the admin password changed at some point. I finally figured that out and found the password and it is now reconnected. I would like to change the password to match the other camera so I don't have this issue in the future. Unfortunately I cannot find where to change the password. These are PoE camera connected directly to the NVR so there is no web interface for the cameras. I only have the NVR web interface or the Amcrest Surveillance Pro software to use and there is no option to change the password. I know it is possible because apparently I changed it in the past to something other than the default.
Any help would be appreciated.

Hello savona ,
Not sure what NVR you are using. The newer NVRs has an option to access the web interface of the cameras directly connected to it.
For this you need to access the web interface of the NVR and go to settings > Camera > Remote. Here where it shows your camera list , you have an 'e' icon toward the right Click on that and it will load the camera page.
If this is not an option on your NVR, you will need to connect the camera to router through a POE switch or injector to change settings.
