IP2M-841W Grinding & lock up

IP2M-841W, couple of months old and been working great (this is one of two I bought)

Couple of days ago it disconnected and now when I start it up it never seems to complete the boot sequence.

I've tried doing the 10 second on the button reset sequence, doesn't seem to make a difference.
