IP2M-841B-V3 firmware update bricked camera

Updated from V2.800.0000000.1.R to V2.800.0000000.3.R

After update, Camera boots and does a self-test but grinds the motor in both directions. Doesn't come online. Can't be seen in ip scanner. Was working fine before update.
