IP2M-841B Check ver

I have a IP2M-841B and the 'check version' has never worked for me. Neither has importing my previous configuration. Even though I download my config, uploading it does nothing. Similar experiences? Any fix?
Anyone know how to tell if I have the V3 version or not? Would 'V3' be on the sticker at the bottom of the camera if it was?

Current info:
Software VersionV2.420.AC00.18.R, Build Date: 2020-10-30

Hello and Welcome to the forum. That would be for the V1 or V2 format of the 841. The V3 is on a different Version of the FW starting with 2.800.xxxxxxxxx

Also so you know the V3 if you own one or looking at used cameras has no Alarm connections on the back or audio connections. Only thing on the back is the Power and Ethernet cable Micro SD is in the Head I think. It is up in the air or I could go look at the camera, But I think it is like the ASH21 with the Micro SD in the camera head and not the base like it used to be...

That's perfect! Thanks very much.. Definitely not V-3 as mine does have audio and the SD card is in the back with the power. I appreciate the help!
Now if I can get this thing to actually restore my saved configurations.. =/
