IP Config Stopped Finding Cameras Today

Post by apauley »

Our IP Config software on our PC stopped finding our cameras today, but we can still access our cameras via our phone. I tried resetting the camera to factory settings, to no avail. I additionally uninstalled the IP Config app and reinstalled it with no success. What could be causing this all of a sudden? Thanks for your help!

Edit: We have the IP2M-841B cameras

Hello apauley,

Click on the settings on the IPconfig tool and under the search start ip please enter the ip address of your router and save it. Refresh the tool and see if that works.

My IP Config tool is not working as of today as well. I put in the router ip address 191.168.1.1 and that did not help.

There was a Windows 10 upgrade and ever since then IP Config has stopped working. Any other idea's?

Thank you,

Rick
