As per the title my iOS app works fine everywhere but when on my home WIFI network. The strange thing is the Motion detection notifications are still working to the phone but the Live view is not working.
Any ideas?

Did you add the camera on your phone using the P2P method or IP/Domain? P2P method should work from anywhere no matter wifi or cellular network. If the issue is only from your home network and its added with P2P method it could be some kind of routing issue.

Yes i set it up via P2P. What routing issue do you mean. I think i have the ports forwarded correctly as it works fine via the web browser.

If you added via P2p port forwarding should not be an issue. I mean some how the phone app is unable to connect the p2p server from home wifi. As a workaround, you can add the device a second time with local ipaddress and TCP port. Name that device differently and use it when connected to home wifi.
