Invalid Password?
Invalid Password?
I have had no issues connecting from my previous phone. I get a new phone and now I keep getting "invalid password." I have NOT changed the password. I DO understand they are case sensitive. Customer support does not need to repeat that numerous times. Anyway, is there anyone out there that has a suggestion how to fix this other than by uninstalling and reinstalling the app?

This happened to me when I confused my cloud username with the camera's user name. I got "invalid password" even though the password was correct; it was the user name that was wrong. Make sure you are using admin as the username (unless you changed it).
