I have presented this problem before. None of the suggestions have worked. Amcrest Support assigned a case number but never replied despite two "bumps". I have used the step by step procedure on the Amcrest Support page for "Using An Amcrest Smart Home Device with an Amcrest NVR". My Smart Home device is an ASH47-W, my NVR is an NVR4108-HS. The ASH47 shows up in Amcrest Surveillance Pro live view with no poblems. The step by step procedure adds the ASH47 to the NVR device list, BUT the status remains red which means the device is not on line in the NVR. Automatic and manual add procedures give the same results. I have used the NVR web interface and the actual NVR interface, both give the same results. So, I Give Up. I am going to install a 256GB micro SD card in the ASH47 and use that for playback.
