How to setup motion detection zone on ArmcrestViewPro

I know how to setup motion detection zones on the Armcrest Web View but how do we setup motion detection on the ArmcrestViewPro App.

When we blacken the boxes, is it motion detection area or is it blocked area.

Can someone please advise.
