Thanks for all the suggestions so far!

I have the latest firmware on all but one of the cameras (this was the first thing I checked, updating them one at a time etc). Autoreboot is not enabled, I went through the UI looking at every screen for anything possibly related to this.

Amcrest cameras reach out to AWS since that is where the amcrestcloud servers are hosted. I nxdomain the dns lookups as well as blocking all outgoing connections from them. Allowing access does not fix the problem. It would be nice if they allowed this featured to be disabled to be honest.

The p2p functions do not require a server, so far as I'm aware; rather, they use MDNS, and I can see the devices announcing themselves when they reboot. This is all as expected.

Are any of you aware of any other logging or debugging access to the cameras beyond syslog and the Amcrest API? I have to believe there is a log on the device that would indicate what's going before the reboot. I've monitored all network traffic to/from select devices and I don't see anything that would illicit a reboot.

I've tried older and latest firmware supplied by amcrest support, but the problem persists. The cameras all reboot at essentially the same time, once per hour.
