Horrible Ghosting with TinyCam and IP2M-841

Longtime user of Foscam products, and I felt the Amcrest was a natural upgrade. I use an older FI9810w as a baby monitor with TinyCam on my Android device. Received my new IP2M-841 today and got everything up and running. Very slick interface and no issues getting up on wifi and lan.

However, TinyCam does not like this device. I can't get consistent images under ANY conditions. I have played with all of the settings and only rarely does it capture motion well. Works fine on my computer but the image on TinyCam is blurry and laggy.

Anyone have advice? About to send this back to Amazon.

I just got this camera and have the same problem with TinyCam.
Got this back from the developer: "Go to app drawer and select Low-bandwidth profile."
This setting does help, although it did not completely eliminate it.

These camera settings also worked for me without setting Low-bandwidth profile in TinyCam:
Encode Mode H.264
Resolution 720P
Frame Rate 20
Bit Rate type VBR
Quality 1
Bit Rate 768

Try enabling hardware acceleration under Video in App Settings. Helped me. :}

The issue is fixed in tinyCam Monitor 6.5.
