hey i bought Amcrest Qcam 3-Megapixel (2048 x 1536) 8Ch Network POE Video Security System (NVR Kit)- Four 3MP POE Weatherproof Bullet IP Cameras, 65ft Night Vision, yesterday i recieved the package , after i bought it from amazon

i tried to connect 1 camera to the system , it was broadcasting perfectly , then suddenly the camera back area shocked , and made a hole (burn ) then the 8 channel nvr turned off and didnt turn on again , help need ur assistance with this ,
