FTP -- PASV or PORT IP3M-956E?

There doesn't seem to be a setting for FTP transfers using passive or active mode (https://winscp.net/eng/docs/ftp_modes). I need passive transfers since I am trying to forward the FTP uploads over an SSH (which will only work with passive FTP). Can anyone confirm which mode is used by the IP3M-956E?

Thanks -- it makes troubleshooting easier knowing this. It would be helpful to have an FTP "test" button to check out the configuration.

Test button is not available however if you go to System > Log, you can find the log for FTP status. It shows whether it successfully connected to FTP or not.
