Ftp Connection problem

Ftp Connection problem

I have 2 ProHD 1080p. I had them both working great FTPing to a WD My Cloud Mirror NAS. I had to work on my NAS and format the drives. Now I can only get one camera to work. Nothing changed on the camera settings.
I have reset the factory defaults, exported the settings from the one that is working to the one that is not.

All I get is:

Type: FTP.Status
Content:
Address: 192.168.1.22
Number: 1
Status: FTP connection failed

FTP connection failed...really...Cant tell me more info?!?!? :x :x

Why is one working fine with the same settings?? What made it stop working when no settings were touched??

Does the FTP (NAS) server allow multiple logins under the same account?
