Hello aopisa,

Do you mean the password for http://amcrestview.com? If so, you can use the forgot password option on the web portal to reset your password. If you are able to login, you can use the change password option as well.

I forgot my password to the Amcrest View web account so followed the forgot password link to have a verification code sent to my email. I got the email and the verification code but I have no idea where to input the code. I tried entering it into the password box but that did not work. Why do you have to make it all so confusing? Where and how am I supposed to use the password reset verification code I got in the email? I have an hour to use it but have no earthly idea where? I wish you instructions were clearer - or I could find them! Help!

When it says an email has been sent with verification code, the same page has a field to input the verification code you receive (see image attached.). You need to enter it there and then on the next page type in your new password. Then you can go the amcrestview.com site and login with the new password.
