Forgetful cam removes time stamp, channel name, orientation

I have three 1080P HD pan/tilt wifi cameras. I'm having problems with only one of them.

About once or twice a day, when I log in to view the camera in question, I find the time stamp has disappeared along with the channel title. Also, sometimes the orientation has been reset to default. I currently have the view flipped vertically and horizontally.

I have to use the IP Config app to re-enable time stamp and channel name (the name is saved but disabled). I also have to flip and mirror the camera view to reorient it.

Micro SD card is brand new. Using firefox browser. Again, no problems with the other two cameras (same models).

Any suggestions? Thanks for any help.

Sounds like the problem I was having. After I disconnected the free Amcrest cloud service, the time stamp and most of my other settings no longer get lost.

same here,i disconnect from the cloud and everything ok now.
