I just bought (5) units from two sources. All are FD7902W-SD16. The ones with Black cables out of the unit and firmware ending in .1 OR .2 seem to work fine. The ones with newer firmware and having the WHITE cable hanging out of the unit seem to have issues! The issue seems to be an endless loop with the active X control! The white cable one are NOT COMPATABLE with a PC browser! The black cable ones are! Is there a firmware fix or do I have to send some units back?
P.S. ATTN: Amcrest your remote desktop program needs to be REPLACED!!!!! that thing tried to open 500 ip connections to my computer with all kinds of different IP strings all over the spectrum some starting with 23. some starting with 72. some starting in the 50. area I finally closed it and said no to the remote control!
