Failed to connect to ip camera p2p by iOS away from home

Hi all,
till now i can watch all 3 cameras of mine in asian from europe. I use amcrest view pro app for both ipad and iphone
Then since two weeks suddenly 2 of 3 cameras can not be connected anymore. I tried to delete and add them gain, but it failed to connect (see picture in attachment)
I try another way: login to amcrestcloud.com , then i can see all camera .

What did happen to the amcrest view pro app? some bug for iOS ? conflict with security in ios?
The app is great to view all camera at same time, therefore i still prefer it than the amcrestcloud.com

Not sure if you got a response from Amcrest, but for the newer IP cameras, the P2P connection for the Amcrest View Pro for iPad does not work. You have to use the Amcest View Pro for iPhone instead.
