What is the best one to use?

Should Main Stream and Sub Stream be enabled? If so should they be the same settings? What is the purpose of the substream?

Basically, as you move 'up' from h.264b to h.264 to h.264h , the theory is that you get the same quality for less bandwidth.So h.264h is supposedly the best for normal situations.

Main stream and sub stream should be enabled. Sub stream is mainly used by phone apps for streaming as it takes less bandwidth.

so under storage and Record should Mainstream be set to schedule? Right now its on stop
