Cloud Service Live View Question

Hi,

I've been using Amcrest Surveillance Pro for the past year but added cloud service last week. On the screenshot below, can you tell me if the white (blank) band corresponding to the Driveway camera means data is not being recorded to the cloud? This happens randomly across most, if not all, of the cameras and I need to restart them or restart WiFi to get them to show the blue band again.

Would you be able to point me to an area where I can troubleshoot this issue?
