Changing Designated Channels on Cameras

I'm having the same problem with my shiny new $600 NV4432E.

This is basic functionality and its clearly been broken for months.

Hello Amcrest - when will this be fixed?

Not sure if this was mentioned yet, but I did a factory reset on my NVR and that seemed to put them in sequential order again. Not necessarily the order I wanted exactly, but maybe you can do it a few times to and try to change the order that way?

Only strange thing is that the camera that changed order last is not picking up its channel name in the iOS app.

I too will throw my hat in the ring. I have the issue as well and am waiting for a fix.

Please try a factory reset on the NVR uner settings > System.
