Trying to find out why challenge.exe isn't loading. It's cycling in the task manager trying to start but won't stay as a running process. With this issue, we can't pull any playback. Gives the error message that no video found. I know there is a month's worth of video there because we just pulled some 4 days ago.
If we upgrade software to a newer version of the monitoring/nvr, will I lose all that saved video for the past month? I can't afford to do that legally by law. What's the problem and how do we resolve this without losing any data?

check that Windows firewall isn't blocking it....I had it prompt me the other day.
