Cannot setup out-of-the-box ProHD IP2M-841 camera.
Step 1
: Connected the camera to a power supply using the included power adapter.
Step 2:
Connected the camera to my computer using the included Ethernet cable.
Step 3
: Downloaded the IP Config software for Mac OS.
Step 4
: Opened the IP Config software and hit the refresh button. The camera DOES NOT appear in the device list.
What's wrong?
