Cannot set cloud event schedule

IP3M-943 camera and I cannot set an event schedule using the cloud app on my desktop. There is a message in the box which says "This option is available for paid plans only." I have another 943 camera and I can set schedules.

Can anyone help me? I have deleted and reinstalled the camera several times, but no success.

Sorry I am not sure. If I had to guess it would be that there is 1 Cloud that Amcrest gives out for users and then if there is any other cameras that want the features of the Cloud then it would need to be on a paid account? I personally don't know just something I think I remember reading when I bought my first camera or setup my first camera as it has been so long ago now I don't remember and I have since pulled all my feeds off the amcrest servers. 1 less place for my password to get harvested.
