Cannot login to view in Amcrest Link after rebooting modem

Hi, I have the Amcrest 960h system and everything was working perfectly fine until 2 days ago I had to reboot my router and modem because of connectivity issues. Now that the internet is up and working again, I cannot login to Amcrest link via my iPhone. Everytime I try to login it says login failed, it's almost as if my network settings for my DVR has changed or something has changed. I have no idea how to set up the system. I am able to view the cameras at home on the monitor connected to the system but cannot login remotely via Amcrest link even when I am trying to login at home under the same network. How do I fix this? Is there some sort of wizard in the DVR system that allows for automatic network settings detection?

Hello jphonics,

On the monitor, please go to settings > Network and select the option DHCP for IP address type and then save the settings. Reboot the DVR from the menu and try again. Also make sure that the Ethernet cable is plugged into the back of the DVR and router properly. Please try removing the cable and connecting it another port on the DVR as well.
