I have the 4 channel 720p camera system. I can see all 4 cameras on the DVR but I can only see 3 out of the 4 cameras when using the Amcrest View Pro app. Does anyone know why this is? I can't figure it out.

Please switch to the 8 channel view on the app and see if the 4th camera appears. You can try doing a factory reset on the DVR from settings > System > restore defaults. Only reset the video settings for the camera as it gives you the option to check what all you want to reset.
