I just got a new ASH43-W camera.
Used the phone app, went through the steps, stuck on blinking green light and no connection.
Tried with a bluetooth speaker so the config would be louder, no luck.
Plugged in Ethernet, and it got an address on my network.
It had an open web port, but requests to that address would just spin.
Trying to setup via ethernet and the app, and it says my admin/admin password is invalid.
Reset to orange blinking light, repeated steps, can't get it to connect.
Anything else to try?

Hello and Welcome to the forum
SO the ASH product is a Smart Home Product and you will need to setup using the Smart Home app.
Once you get the devices setup on Smart Home app you will be able to use Amcrest View Pro however until first setup it will need to be setup with Smarthome App..
