Can Ping but cannot get interface to come up

Set up another IP2M-84B tonight. I did not like the settings I assigned so I did a wire reset and a reboot. The camera pings but from the browser I get a no connection error.

OK, more info. The wire reset did not give me back defaults. I was able to get in with the assigned port number.

The wire reset is at least 15 seconds, then it reboots itself.
