Can not view cameras on my Amcrest Surviellance Pro
I have two IP4M-1051B and I am able use my IOS phone on Amcrest View Pro just fine but on ASP and Config IP, it does not show any of the cameras. I have tried to enter them in manually but always shows them offline. I did connect them through P2P on my phone. Is there something that I am missing?

You should look at one of the cameras by entering it's IP address in a browser search window. Check the setup settings.
Good luck, Jim

@AarCarr413 Hello and Welcome to the Forum.
So from the sounds of your post that your camera and normal network are not in the same Range? If you have tried to use ASP using IP address of your camera or just done a local search (Search don't work for me I have to manually enter the IP address) then you will want to make sure that your camera and your computer are connecting to the same Router. If you have a mesh system that is a different ball game all together.. However in ASP you can setup your cameras the same way you did using the app. Just you will need to enter the SN. You will want to setup using P2P Method.
If your Computer isn't finding the IP using IP Config then it sounds like your computer isn't connected to the same network that your IP cameras are connected to. If your using Win10 press the Windows key between Alt and CTRL, then at same time as that press R. Then type in box cmd. then at the command prompt type arp -a this should bring up a list of IP that are on your network. You're looking for IP addresses with 9C:8E:CD as the first 6 Mac address digits. IT could be 4C or if they are even older cameras could be 3C however most of the 1051's I think should all have the 9C starting Mac address..
If you are running a multi router system and the cameras are on a different router that you have setup as a Bridge, Maybe to the other side of the house then you will want to make sure that the Main Router is the Full control router and will hand out the IP to the devices connected to the other router.
