Can I do a NVR reset?

Hi.. I have the NV4432E-HD NVR and I would like to reset the system and erase my initial setup config and begin a new. Is it possible to reset this unit without locking me out?

My LAN network map isn't seeing some of the cameras and I would like to manually enter every cam via the router DHCP table. I have over 48 devices on my local network and keeping everything correctly labeled is a priority I always do. Once setup, I never have conflicts or ?? devices showing up. Thanks if you can guide me on how to proceed with a NVR reset. All my cameras are great and work perfectly, otherwise.

I think you must call support to do this and provide proof of ownership

Hello DmxDesigner ,

From the NVR menu, go to settings > System > Factory defaults and you can do a complete factory restore. The password and username will default to admin and all settings will be erased.
