Camera IP3M-943B, Motion detection alerts, but no image

Looking for some help with the motion detection alerts for camera IP3M-943B. I'm receiving the alerts, but no image. I have the settings set send an image, but nothing is sent. Does anyone have this working?

Talking about trying to Push Images? or send Email?

One thing to try either way is to lower the image quality from 5 to 4 or 3.. I have mine set for 4 and I get all Push images without fail.

How do I lower the image quality from 5 to 4. I don't see that setting.

Please see the picture, Log into your cameras WebUI at the IP address of the camera like inmy case it is 10.0.0.218 and then click on setup, then you can see on the left where it needs to go then on the center of the top under Snapshot...

sorry that was for General but if you click on the Sanpshot type and change to Event you can see in this picture as well
