Browser for ipconfig

Is there any way to choose which browser ipconfig uses other than making it the default browser? I have it working fine in Internet Explorer but had to make that my default. I have always used chrome and would like to continue using it as my default but ipconfig doesn't work with chrome. Sorry if this is an old question but I couldn't find an answer anywhere.

Unfortunately making the browser as default is the only option here.

Actually, I found a pretty easy workaround. I kept Chrome as my default browser but just made a desktop shortcut to Internet Explorer with the camera's IP address set as the home page in IE. Now I just open the shortcut and it goes directly to my camera login. I don't need to open ipconfig at all and Chrome is still my default browser.
