AUDIO/VIDEO - Channel 1 Failed to get configuration

Hello,

With the acceptation of recording audio, I have had great success setting everything up. I'm using a ProHd 1080p camera (ip2m-841B) and NV4108 Video Recorder. I can get audio using the app to connect to the camera but I'm not getting any audio on the recordings. When I try to configure the camera I get the error "Channel 1 Failed to get configuration".

Please advise.
