Any way to have the preview for multiple cameras for free?

Any way to have the preview for multiple cameras for free?

I dont need recorded storage other than the free one, but I would like to have the playback for 4 hours for my other cameras since the snapshot doesn't always capture it. Shouldn't every camera have a free 4 hours?
