Amcrest view -"The account does not exist" message

Amcrest view -"The account does not exist" message

My ip camera is setup and viewable online at the Amcrest site and on my iPhone but when I log into Amcrest view and select the green "eye" icon I get the message "The account does not exist" even though I am logged into the account and can see the camera. Any suggestions?

In my situation the username was the problem, its case sensitive. The default username is "admin", make sure you're not using "Admin"

Hello flyijohn,
Yes please double check the username and password for the camera. Please note that the user and password in amcrestview to add a camera is not the user and password for the amcrest view account but the cameras' username and password.
