On my Iphone 5 using amcrest surveillance pro, I am not able to log in using admin/admin. It tells me I am locked out. What do I need to do to clear this problem.

Hello,
I am assuming that you are using Amcrest View Pro app with IP camera. If its says account locked, please hard reset the camera and set it up again. You need to press down the indicator light on the back of the camera for 10-15 seconds until the light turns red. You will need to set up the camera from scratch after this.
