You may have scaling issues in Windows. Try going to Windows Display Settings and changing the size of text, apps, and other items to 100%.
If that doesn't work, you may also need to change your resolution in Settings if it's currently very high or very low. You could try 1920x1080 if it's supported for your monitor.

Thanks, I've tried all that and then some. I changed my res, fonts tried compatibility mode none of that worked. I decided to install ASP on a spare windows 7 pc that is 32bit and it displays fine so as it seems to be a 64bit issue.

After tapping on the keyboard I finally got ASP to install, now on to the next problem.
When I run ASP I get missing file error MSVCR100.DLL I have reinstalled C++ and tried adding the file manually, I've placing it in C:\Windows\System32 and rebooted with no success. I've tried placing it in the ASP directory manually but now I am getting a Application error. see attachments
Any help getting this program working is appreciated!!!!!!!!!!!

I know this is an old post, but jack7 had the solution. Here's some screenshots to help.
Go to the windows 7 screen resolution. Click Make Text and other items larger or smaller. Change the scaling to 100% default from 125%.
Then click log off and try again.
Mine was set to 125% as I use it on my tv and it make it easier to read when its blown up.

as an alternative, it is possible to get by the using keyboard commands, this issue randomly appear during the install process only. As mentioned by several folk of the community, scaling is main reason for this issue and would recommend making the adjustments there and use keyboard command method as a last resort.

Surveillance Pro issue

It can be bypassed by using the tab key. It does take some trial and error, but I have had a lot success using this:
1. tab 2 times, then enter.
2. tab 4 times, press space bar, then enter or one more tab key.
3. tab 3 times.
install should finish up
then tab 2 times enter, this should finish the setup.
If you would like our assistance, we would be happy to do so. please reach out to us at [email protected]

Changing the display to 100% worked and I was able to complete the install. Thx. I had tried changing the resolution before but that had not worked.
