Amcrest IP3M-956 In portrait mode

Just installed but is in portrait mode, want landscape. Can't figure how to change. Anybody know?

Is this on your phone or does the camera view needs to adjusted?

Camera is showing a portrait view but is being displayed sideways on iPad. I would like it to display a landscape view in the correct orientation on iPad. Thanks

Are you using the app title 'Amcrest View Pro for Ipad'?. If you are using the normal version of Amcrest View pro, it might not display properly on Ipad.

Yes using IPad version also displays the same on my android phone, so is a camera issue.

Any other ideas. Does the lense need to be physically rotated? Can you even do that? Here is the view I am getting. Attempting to attach picture.

Hello Hdhead ,

I could not see your image. If you can login to the camera from a PC, go to setup > Configuration and you can adjust the flip to correct the image. Please see if that helps.

Unfortunately I do not have access to a PC, all setup with iPad. Is that the only solution? See if this photo attach works. Thanks for the help.

On this screen click on the icon next to the video camera icon and try flipping.It should correct the issue.

Tried that, all it does is produce a mirror image in the other direction. Will not rotate image.
